Inside Out Health Lounge was founded by naturopath/ nutritionist and colonic hydrotherapist  Sue Bennet, and is the culmination of over 20 years in the field of natural therapies. Sue opened her clinic in the heart of her home town Fremantle, in a quest to help people heal themselves naturally from the inside out.

This is her story......In 2001 after graduating from college I worked in the USA as a herbalist and naturopath then returning to Fremantle I was passionate about providing detox classes and workshops in the community, way before "Detox" became the norm....One of the first clinics in Perth to run detox programmes and offer deeper cleansing through the practice of Colonic Hydrotherapy. I am the only colonic therapist in Perth qualified as a Naturopath and Nutritionist who with years of practice and knowledge can take you on your healing journey... to restore and bring you back to balance.
